Official crack released!
The "official" crack for Twilight 28 is released again. It cracks the MENU95.EXE file and removes a game from the GAMES.001 file. As usual, this is the place to be to get the crack first, download it here.

Main mirror back...
The main mirror at NRG Bytes is back, but I still keep the Kamikaze Bytes mirror and won't update the Angelfire mirror anymore... You will be redirected to one of the other mirrors if you visit there...

Dealers added...
I added two dealers to the dealer section. One of them is is located in Italy and sells Twilight's and PSX, you can visit him here. The other one is located in The Netherlands and sells original silver cd's like Twilight etc, you can visit them here.

Main mirror down...
My main mirror at NRG Bytes is down. But I found myself a great new host at http://www.kamikaze-bytes.com. Some links and stuff might not work yet, but I'll try to fix it all soon....

A Twilight 28 crack...
There has been released already a Twilight 28 crack. It's created by Mr G. This cracks does crack the MENU95.EXE file, but it DOES NOT crack the GAMES.001 or GAMES.002 file. The "official" crack - which can be found on this site first, as usual - will be released soon, but for now you could try this crack. You still can't copy Twilight 28a, 'cause there are the GAMES.00x files on, but you can start burning Twilight 28b (That's if the crack works, but I think it'll do)...

For the German people who need 700MB Cd-R's, you could try this URL.

Dealer stuff...
I added Gold Service to the Dealer section. They sell copies on gold of everything. They got a lot of Video Cd's, Twilight, Crazy Bytes, Bits and Bytes. Visit them if you're looking for these. If you're looking for stuff like Mp3 Cd's, I can inform you that the OkCrew have added many Mp3 Cd's to their collection. All top quality and cheap prices. Visit them if you're looking for mp3's, or Twilight's, Crazy Bytes or Bits and Bytes on silver...

Typo error...
I yesterday said that Twilight 28a is 712 MB, but that was wrong. The correct size is 702 MB and you don't need overburning for this cd. You just need a 700MB Cd-R. Read yesterday's news on where to get them...

NRG-Bytes
As you see, the NRG Bytes server is still offline, but if you want to order at NRG Bytes (Believe me, you want to :P), go to their temporarily other URL at http://www.altern.org/nrgbytes/index1.html.

BSA active ?!?
It seems that the BSA is quite active lately. As you all might have noticed, the main page of NRG-Bytes is gone. They've stopped. I have been informed that it might be temporarily. The fact is that they and some other dealers have received one or more emails from the BSA. I don't know the exact content of these emails, but they probably say the usual things (illegal, penalties, etc...). If the emails are really send by the BSA is doubtful in my opinion. It could also be another dealer who mails them so he sells more ?!? I don't know... Hope to have more information soon...

Twilight 28...
I've got some info about Twilight 28. I've been informed that the size of the cd is this time even bigger. Twilight 28a would be 712MB and Twilight 28b would be 697MB. This is pretty big and copying might be difficult again. You might be able to copy them if you buy 700MB cd's. Twilight 28a is 712 MB, so you need overburning... You can buy these 700MB cd's at http://www.des.nl and soon also at http://www.mycom.nl. Prices are around Fl 5,- a piece ($ 2,50). Thanks to Mr. G. for this info...

Other Pc Titles...
I want to add a section to my site about copying other Pc games. I'm thinking of games like Commando's, Heart of Darkness, Dune 2000 or others. Since I don't own and know everything about these games I ask you to mail me any info about copying these cd's. Of course I know the cracks and these will be added as well, but if you succeeded in copying the entire cd perfectly, mail me how you did it...

Here's the list...
The Twilight 28 list is released today. View it directly here. I don't think it's the best release ever, but it'll do...

There's more...
There's more in this world then just copying Twilight's you know. I often get questions about how to copy PSX, Nintendo 64 or Video cd's. Some of them I can answer, but sometimes not. I'm not really specialized in these brands. Therefore here a few links for you all... Dave's Page (Nintendo 64, PSX, Saturn), Puddy's Trading Page (Video cd's), PSX Backups (PSX, duh!), Backup PSX with EZCDPRO (PSX again).

Long time...
Quite a long time no update. There isn't too much going on at the moment. But for the moment I added some new stuff... I added the lists of Xfiles 11, Tazmania 12 and MP3 World Trance Volume. You can buy this mp3 cd at http://come.to/mp3worldhq. I also added Diamond Cd's to the dealer section.

Dutch MP3 Nation...
I updated all the lists of the Dutch MP3 Nation. These are high quality mp3 cd's. You can buy these cd's on silver and they feature all the latest songs. View the lists in the Lists section and you can buy these cd's at the Dutch Mp3 Nation.

Opinion...
Since I started this site many similar sites like mine popped up. Sites that also feature cracks and copy stuff. Many sites now feature their own Copy FAQ and many people grab the cracks here and put up the covers. Most of these sites don't have to offer anything more then I do and are just duplicating my site and everyday telling the same things I do. Some of these sites however offer a little more and are a good add-on for the warez cd community. But most of these sites are just useless in my opinion. And I'm not saying this because I'm afraid of competion or anything; I'm just telling the facts... When I started this site I was inspired by Pentagon's Warez Cd's, but I always planned to offer more, better and ealier then him. If I'm doing alright, that's not for me to judge...
To name a few sites that I think are doing the same in some way: Red Bull's Cracks 'n Covers, Dominator's FreeApz, Cd Size Info Page, The Twilight Zone, etc... I'm not going to say which sites are useless, 'cause I don't want to start a fight here... But I just wanted to share my opinion about this issue...

And it works...
The crack for Twilight 27 works of course. You have to use the correct menu though. Not the menu with the errors, or you'll also receive errors after you applied the crack. You can download the correct menu at the Twilight homepage. You can also use the patch I posted a couple of days ago...

For all of you who want to search the PTT Foongids by phonenumber, you can view here. This message is only for Dutch people... I recently found another nice site which I bookmarked right away. It's not really special, but I liked it. You can download many old games there. All golden oldies. If you're interested, view here.

More stuff...
The list of Crazy Bytes 31 has arrived. Nothing special, but worth a look... View it here. The other list links don't work yet, since they were linked to my other mirror and that mirror is gone (Sometimes I think some guy is nailing me all the time and whenever I put my site up, he informs somebody and my site gets down... I'm not sure, but sometimes I get that feeling)...

Covers of Crazy Bytes 30 are added and the updated links to some labels...

I also got some info about the Twilight 27 containing the virus or not containing the virus. The second print of Twilight 27 looks slighty different (At least, CD 2)... Normally, a Twilight cd label is splitted in two parts. The left site is dark blue, the right site light blue. With the second print this is redirected. Left site is light blue, right site dark blue. Only Cd 2 is this way. So you can view easily if you got an infected cd or not...

Virus
Some people have informed that they have found a virus on Crazy Bytes 30. It was found with N.A.V. 5.0 and it's the Win95.CIH virus. Apollo 18 on Cd 3 seems to be infected. This virus can flash your bios and ruin you mainboard, so watch out.

All various files have been uploaded again...

Server probs...
The server was difficult to reach the last few days. Therefore I also putted my site up at a mirror at Angelfire. Also I created a three-frame style. If you're very annoyed by these banners, you can just resize them away. This is since I've noticed that the screen get's pretty small in 800x600 or lower with the three-frame style. But if you resize them away, visit them first...

The mirror at Angelfire is always up and sometimes faster, but it might be kicked someday. I advise you to bookmark these two URL's: http://www.nrg-bytes.com/rocking and http://www.angelfire.com/ne/rockdptb.
Then you can always reach my site...
